With a background in ministry and business, William brings a balanced approach that combines compassion with accountability and long-term impact. His work is informed by firsthand engagement with communities across Teso sub-region where teen mothers face stigma, disrupted education, and limited economic opportunities. Recognizing that lasting change requires more than short-term aid, he founded AGETMSCU to focus on empowerment, education, livelihoods, and family strengthening.
His vision is anchored in the belief that empowering teen mothers creates ripple effects that strengthen families, protect children, and build resilient communities.
